We only use qualified native translators
We have a strict process to recruit our vendors. All translators must pass our internal test to be brought on board. We also have a monitoring system to make sure their performance is recorded. We reward hard-working translators who provide us with consistent high-quality work. We only use native translators who demonstrate a strong understanding of the source language.
We have a rigorous quality control system
We follow the TEP process that means Translation, Editing, and Proofreading. Our translators usually provide high-quality translation but our editors further check the fluency and fix any errors or omissions. Then the proofreader often performs the quality check or QA process. This model has been proved to provide quality works in the translation industry.
We work with a variety of tools
Our clients use different translation technologies which range from programs and software like Trados, MemoQ, Wordbee, Smartcat and more. We are versatile in terms of the various technologies and we work with our clients’ preference. If you are unsure what to use we can assist you in figuring out the best option for your project.
Human translation vs. machine translation
We do our translation with human translators and we believe no technology can replace the best human translators. But we are also familiar with Machine Translation technologies and we have worked with some clients to do post editing work for their machine translation as well.
We always prefer to have ample time for our translators to do the best job. But we understand sometimes you need a project completed quickly. With our partners such as Smartcat and other technologies, we are able to distribute work among different translators and communicate in real time to make sure the translation remains consistent and meets the deadline as well.
Fair trade practices
We charge reasonable prices in order to provide fair wages to our translators. We are well known among translators for our fair pricing and quick payment. Translators are not always paid fairly but we will always make sure they are properly compensated because our founder started out as a translator and knows how difficult it can be. He is committed to creating a healthy company culture and treating our translators fairly.
